You will transition back and forth between the m*ergy Rig (our one of a kind rack system) and our LeMond Pro Spin bike. Kettlebells, TRX, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls & Battle Ropes will all be incorporated into this intense 5 round, 10 minute per round workout.
